FL-ALAS is dedicated to identifying, recruiting, developing, and advancing Hispanic/Latino-serving school administrators to strengthen educational leadership and improve academic excellence for all students, with a focused commitment to our Hispanic/Latino youth.

Our members join a statewide network of educational leaders united by a shared mission: to ensure every school in Florida effectively serves the needs of its students. Through leadership development, capacity-building, and the promotion of best practices, FL-ALAS works to transform educational institutions and elevate outcomes across communities.
